Terms of Sales
DEFINITIONS
Items: Ready-to-wear items, footwear and accessories offered (“added” to the Site) by Members for sale or purchase on the Site. Any Item offered for sale must be in one of the following conditions:
- As new : With its original tag, never worn
- Excellent condition: Almost new with no signs of wear.
- Very good condition: Shows signs of minor wear
Under no circumstances may the Items be in any other condition (damaged, worn, out of use, stained, punctured, deformed, dirty, etc.).
Transport voucher : Transport voucher generated from the Site when a Member has one or more Articles on the site. In the case of a purchase, the delivery is payable according to the weight of the Article (from €2.90 in France and €4,90 in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands) and in the case of a recovery, the Site offers delivery to the Member so that he can ship his Articles for free.
Transfer voucher: In order for the article to be authenticated and eligible for trade-in, the member must print a transfer voucher in order to transfer ownership of the article to IM PRODUCTION . This transfer voucher is available at the shipping stage of the item. The transfer slip must be in the Member's name and must include the condition of the item and the Member's signature. Failing this, the transfer voucher will be null and void. Upon receipt, the transfer voucher is kept for 90 days (except in the event of a dispute or it is kept until its term).
Package: Item(s) purchased or exchanged on the Site, packed according to the packing conditions defined below, accompanied by its shipping slip printed and stuck correctly on the packaging and which is intended to be handed over to La Poste for dispatch to the recipient when purchasing or toIM PRODUCTIONwhen exchanging. A package must be carefully packaged and the Item must be in the state in accordance with its description on the Site and washed.
Order: means any order placed by the member registered on this Site
Member Account: means the account of a Member created through the registration of said Member having previously provided a valid email address, and a password. Through his Member account, the Member can buy or take back Articles.
General Conditions of Sale and Use or "CGV/CGU": designate these general conditions of online sale;
Return: When a Member sends their Isabel Marant Items directly to the Site or to a participating Isabel Marant store (list of eligible stores here) in exchange for a voucher of purchase we speak of trade-in.
Printing the transport voucher: During a trade-in carried out on the site, when the address has been entered, the Member proceeds to the stage of printing the label of his parcel which allows him to deposit his Returned Item. The Member must print his parcel label and stick it on the packaging of his Item which he has made himself. The label must be legible and the package may be refused if the label is not legible, badly printed, badly glued or torn.
Member: means, in the singular or in the plural, a natural person susceptible to use the Website after registration (valid e-mail address) and acceptance of these General Conditions of Service. All Members agree to provide accurate information about their identity, address and other data necessary to access and use the service and to update any changes to this information.To benefit from the services offered by the Website, all Members must be resident in mainland France, including Corsica, in Belgium, Germany or the Netherlands. Each Member is both the sender when they have Items taken back and the recipient when they purchase Items.
Electronic wallet: means the electronic money account opened on the Member's account, on which the member receives the voucher resulting from his recovery, and which he can then use to make purchases in the shops Isabel Marant (list of participating boutiques here) or via the ISABELMARANT.COM website (only via the E-reservation service). This voucher can also be used on ISABELMARANT-VINTAGE.COM. Only one voucher can be used per online or in-store transaction. Please note that vouchers can only be used in the country in which the return was made.
Packaging rules:
Package dimensions: it is the Member's responsibility not to not exceed the maximum dimensions (the sum of length, width and height must be less than 120 cm).
Weight of the Package: it must correspond to the weight of the advertised Item and must not exceed 20 kg in the case of delivery via relay points.
The packaging of the Parcel must secure the contents and allow handling and movement without risk for its integrity, but also for the safety of the transport personnel. In the event that a Member does not comply with these packaging rules, the Carrier may refuse the package, at its sole discretion.
Company: refers to IM PRODUCTION SAS
Site: represents both IM PRODUCTION and its services distributed on the isabelmarant-vintage.com site
Carrier: On the Site only one operator is offered to take back its Articles, (free delivery in the case of an exchange). To purchase Items, the Site offers this same service for delivery to your home, post office or pick-up point (delivery charge from €2.90). For all specific requests (express delivery, etc.), contact support to benefit from a tailor-made solution.
The taking over of a Parcel by the Carrier does not constitute acceptance of the compliance of the packaging with the rules indicated here. above.
Failing to comply with these rules, a Member is liable to pay the additional cost and to pick up the Parcel at his own expense, which the Member now accepts.
TERRITORIALITY
The services of IM PRODUCTION are reserved for people residing in Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany or the Netherlands.
USE FOR PERSONAL PURPOSES
The Site is limited to natural persons and for the personal use of the Items purchased or sold. The Site cannot under any circumstances serve as a support for the exercise of a commercial activity, in any form whatsoever.
ARTICLES SUBJECT TO EXCHANGES AND PURCHASES
Only can make the object of purchase or exchange against vouchers on the Site for Articles corresponding to the families of Articles offered.
OBLIGATIONS OF ISABEL MARANT
Except in cases of force majeure, IM PRODUCTION undertakes to implement all means to make available to Members on the Site access to the pages of the Site and access to the account of each Member
REGISTRATION
The services of the ISABELMARANT-VINTAGE.COM site are open to persons duly registered on the Site. This registration is open to any adult.
The Member undertakes not to communicate his login details and the Site cannot be held liable if any damage results from the disclosure of his login details by a third party. In the event of loss of password, the Member may click on the "forgotten password" link and his identifiers will be sent to him at the email address he provided when registering.
The fact for a Member to complete the registration form with one or more erroneous or incomplete data may result in the refusal of registration or the deletion of the account without notice or compensation and without any recourse on the part of the Member.
The Member undertakes to immediately inform IM PRODUCTION of any unlawful use by third parties of its identifiers.
ITEM RETURN
The Site offers a service that directly takes back Isabel Marant Articles for a purchase voucher open to any registered Member. This service can be finalized on the site via an online recovery service, or in one of the participating Isabel Marant boutiques (list of participating boutiques here).
1) In as part of a recovery finalized on the site, the Member qualifies his article from the Sell section of the site. The member obtains an estimate of his trade-in value using the automatic calculator. The estimated trade-in value is determined based on many criteria (type, material, condition, etc.) and is displayed automatically. The amount of the voucher is confirmed by e-mail within 15 days from the date of receipt of the article if the request for recovery has been made on the site.
In the case of a return in store, the qualification of the article is done with the help of a sales consultant. The voucher is generated immediately, provided that the condition of the item has been deemed to conform to one of the conditions indicated above by the seller. This amount cannot be negotiated with the site. Items without branding or with the branding label cut off are not accepted.
Any Item offered for sale must be in one of the following conditions:
- New condition: With its original tag, never worn
- Excellent condition: Almost new with no signs of wear.
- Very good condition: Shows minor signs of wear
The Member is invited to check that its Articles are free of defects and comply with the return conditions. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension or even deletion of the account.
The Site and the shops only include items whose types and sizes are defined in the list made available to the Member when the establishment of the online takeover offer under the Sell section of the Site.
In the case of a return on the site:

In the event of a parcel being lost or damaged during transport, the Carrier’s insurance may cover the Member’s compensation.
As the delivery of the parcel containing the trade-in items is carried out by Chronopost, a third-party service provider, the Member is hereby informed that ISABELMARANT-VINTAGE.COM cannot be held liable in any way in the event of non-performance or poor performance of this delivery.In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, the Member must provide proof of deposit of the parcel by the Chronopost agency or relay point. However, in the event of proven loss by the Chronopost carrier, ISABELMARANT-VINTAGE.COM undertakes, exceptionally, to compensate the seller customer according to the weight of the lost parcel recorded by Chronopost, with a maximum of 23€ in credits per kilo lost per parcel on the seller’s second hand wallet. If the parcel is lost before being handed over to the Chronospost carrier, compensation will not apply. The Member must contact the consignee or the pick-up relay point.
3) The Site receives the Articles within 4-5 days and checks each of the Articles within 10 days following receipt of the package. The Member receives a summary of the Articles accepted or refused with their trade-in value by e-mail to the address he indicated on the Site when registering.
Accepted Items are checked in our workshop based in Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre and then put up for sale on ISABELMARANT-VINTAGECOM.
The Site then takes care of highlighting and online the Items that are offered for sale on the Site.
4) The Member receives the amount of his voucher, within his Member Space. The sum is credited after the Articles have been processed. The Member can use his voucher to buy Items in ISABEL MARANT stores (list of participating stores here), on the isabelmarant.com website (only via the E-reservation service) or on marant-vintage.com. If several articles have been accepted, the member obtains a purchase voucher per article within the limit of one purchase voucher per order.
Vouchers can only be used in the country in which the trade-in was made.
5) In the event of an item being refused, not conforming to the declared condition by the member, non-functional or outside the framework of the program, no purchase voucher is granted. Refused items will not be returned, they will be donated to an association or may be part of an upcycling process.
PURCHASE VOUCHERS
Once the trade-in offer has been validated, the Member receives the amount of his voucher, within his Member Space. The sum is credited after the Articles have been processed. The Member can use their voucher to purchase Items excluding private offers and sales in Isabel Marant boutiques (list of eligible shops here) of the country in which the voucher was issued, on the ISABELMARANT.COM website (only via the E-reservation service) or on the ISABELMARANT-VINTAGE website .COM. If several articles have been accepted, the member will obtain a purchase voucherper article, usable in store or on the ISABELMARANT-VINTAGE.COM website within the limit of one voucher per order, in partial or full payment of the order. The accumulation of vouchers is only authorized in store, within the limit of 50% of the total amount of its purchase.
Vouchers can only be used in the country in which the trade-in was carried out.
Vouchers are valid for twelve months on any purchase excluding private offers and sales, in payment of the price of items and potentially associated delivery costs if it is an order in line. If the value of the order is greater than the amount of the voucher, the difference must be paid by the Buyer by one of the other means of payment offered on the site or the participating store.
If the value of the order is less than the amount of the voucher, the voucher is consumed in its entirety and the Buyer does not obtain new credit.
A voucher is not usable for an order already validated.
Any voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded.
ARTICLES TO BE TAKEN BACK
By requesting the return of an Article, the Member declares:
To be the owner of the Article.
To have the legal capacity and all the necessary authorizations to offer the Article for recovery.
To contractually commit to the veracity of the information given .
Provide all the necessary information on the quality and condition of the article
The Member remains solely responsible for the recovery of an Article whose circulation will be prohibited, which would contravene the regulations in force, public order and good morals.
Commit to respect morality, good customs and public order in the description of the Item
Do not send counterfeit Items: the Site may be required to request a certificate of authenticity to verify the information provided by the Member. The Site reserves the right to verify the authenticity of a good and may refuse the Article even if it turns out that the Article is not counterfeit. Members are reminded that it is prohibited to offer counterfeit Items. Counterfeiting is an offense punishable by law which infringes the intellectual property rights of trademark holders.
The Member must communicate the original copy and/or a copy by electronic means of any element likely to justify the ownership of the Article, its origin, as well as its authenticity upon simple request from the Site.
The authenticity of the article is its essential quality. If a member's article is taken back, if it has subsequently been revealed that this quality was lacking, Isabel Marant Vintage will consider itself the victim of an error on the substance within the meaning of article 1110 of the Civil Code.
VERIFICATION OF SHIPPING INFORMATION
The customer's home address is required to ship their package.
The Member must ensure that their address is up to date. This data will be transmitted to the Carrier under the sole responsibility of the Member.
It is the sole and entire responsibility of the Member to enter correctly and in a complete, real and fair manner the information that will allow the Carrier to carry out the execution of the shipment of the Item from the sender relay point to the recipient relay point.
The responsibility of a Member may be sought and engaged if the information entered by himself or by a third party, in particular the address information postal and relay point are erroneous or false and that they do not allow the execution of the delivery service by the Carrier.
PACKAGING RULES

The Member's Parcel may also be blocked in the Carrier's agency and its recovery will be the responsibility of the Member.
The taking over of a Parcel by the Carrier does not constitute acceptance of the compliance of the packaging with the rules indicated above.
Failure to comply with these rules, a Member exposes you to pay the additional cost and collect the Parcel at your own expense. Member has chosen his shipping point (letter box, post office or La Poste drop-off point), the Member proceeds to the stage of printing the dispatch note for his package.
The Member must print his slip and stick it on the packaging of his parcel which he has made himself.
The label must be legible and the parcel may be refused if the label is not legible, poorly printed, poorly glued or torn.
PRINTING THE TRANSFER VOUCHER
In the event of recovery on the site, for the item to be authenticated and eligible for recovery, the member must print a transfer voucher in order to to transfer ownership of the item to IM PRODUCTION This transfer slip is available at the stage of shipping the item. The transfer slip must be in the Member's name and must include the condition of the item and the Member's signature. Otherwise, the transfer voucher will be null and void.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF PACKAGES
In the event of a trade in on the website, the Member deposits his item accompanied by his transport slip printed and glued to the parcel and drop it in his mailbox in France, in a post office or at a La Poste drop-off point for France, Belgium, Germany or the Netherlands.
The Member who has confirmed a return undertakes to come and deposit his Article within 15 days following the confirmation e-mails that he received.
In case of purchase of an item on the ISABELMARANT-VINTAGE.COM website, the Member must collect his Parcel as soon as he is notified of its arrival at the chosen delivery address.
Members must execute the contracts concluded within the framework of the use of the Site in perfect good faith.
A Member must not:
- Offer counterfeit Articles.
- Hack, modify, damage or destroy Site data and access IM PRODUCTION data that is not accessible or not presented explicitly.
- More generally, using the ISABELMARANT-VINTAGE.COM Site in bad faith and/or failing to comply with any of the provisions of these general conditions of service.
- Do not post or disseminate in any form whatsoever information or content having the effect of diminishing, disorganizing, preventing the normal use of the services, interrupting and/or slowing down the normal flow of communications between Members through services, such as software, viruses, logic bombs, mass mailing, etc.
- Disseminate viruses or any other technology that could harm IM PRODUCTION, the interests of Members of IM PRODUCTION or their property.
Any breach of these prohibitions may result in the deletion of the Member's account, after formal notice by e-mail to cease the contractual breach which has remained unsuccessful for a period of 7 calendar days running from the date of dispatch of the email by IM PRODUCTION
IM PRODUCTION also reserves the right to close the accounts of Members who have not been confirmed, as well as accounts that have been inactive for more than one year.
ORDER
Any Order can only be made when the member has registered on the Site. The member, when logged into his account, can add items to his virtual basket. He can then access the summary of his virtual basket in order to confirm the items he wishes to order and place his Order by pressing the "Order" button.
He must enter an address, a delivery method and a valid method of payment in order to finalize the Order and effectively form the sales contract between him and the Company. The finalization of the Order implies acceptance of the prices of the items sold, as well as the terms and delivery times indicated on the Site.
Once the Order has been placed, the member will receive confirmation by email. This confirmation will summarize the Order as well as relevant delivery information. Placing an Order constitutes the conclusion of a distance selling contract between the Company and the member.
ITEMS AND PRICES
The items covered by the GCS/CGU those which appear on the Site and which are sold by the Company. The articles are described on the corresponding page within the Site and mention is made of all their essential characteristics. The sale takes place within the limits of the Company's available stocks. The latter cannot be held responsible for stock shortages or the impossibility of selling an item whose stock does not exist. When a Registered User wishes to acquire an article sold by the Company through the Site, the price indicated on the page of the article corresponds to the price in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs and takes into account the applicable reductions and in force on the day of the Order. The price indicated does not include the delivery costs which will be detailed if necessary in the summary before placing the Order. Under no circumstances may a User demand the application of reductions that are no longer in effect on the day of the Order.
CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise provided, all sales are paid in cash at the time of placing the Order. Payment can be made by:
- Credit card via a secure connection
- Apple Pay
TRANSFER OF RISKS AND OWNERSHIP
For Consumer members, the transfer of risks takes place on delivery or when the goods are collected from the store when the member has chosen in-store delivery.
LEGAL GUARANTEES
The items sold on the Site are guaranteed in accordance with legal provisions of the Consumer Code and the French Civil Code as described below:
Article L.217-4 of the Consumer Code:
“The seller delivers goods that comply with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation when this has been charged to him by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility. ”
Article L.217-5 of the Consumer Code:
“The good complies with the contract:
1° If it is suitable for the use usually expected of a similar good and, where applicable:
if it corresponds to the description given by the seller and has the qualities that the latter has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
if it has the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect with regard to public statements made by the seller, by the producer or by his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling;
2° Or if it has the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or is suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the seller's attention and which the latter has accepted”
Article 1641 of the Civil Code:
“The seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which diminish this use so much that the buyer would not have not acquired, or would have given only a lower price, if he had known them"
The warranty is limited to the replacement or reimbursement of non-compliant items or items affected by an undeclared defect. It is excluded in the event of misuse or abnormal use of the article as well as in the event that the article does not respect the legislation of the country in which it is delivered. The member must inform the Company of the existence of the defects within two years. The Company will rectify the articles found to be defective as far as possible. If the liability of the Company is retained, the guarantee is limited to the amount excluding VAT paid by the Consumer for the supply of the items. The replacement of items does not have the effect of extending the duration of the warranty.
MODIFICATIONS
The Company reserves the right to modify the Site, the GCS/CGU as well as any procedure of delivery or other constituent element of the services provided by the Company through this Site.
When an Order is placed, the member is subject to the stipulations set out in the CGV/CGU in force when placing the Order .
LIABILITY
The Company cannot under any circumstances be held liable for the unavailability, whether temporary or permanent, of the Website and although it implements all its means in order to ensure the service at all times, it may be interrupted at any time. In addition, the Company reserves the right, by a voluntary act, to make the Site unavailable in order to carry out any update, improvement or maintenance operation. As previously mentioned herein, the Company can in no way be held responsible for delays in delivery for reasons beyond its control, beyond its control, unforeseeable and irresistible or whose fault cannot be attributed to it.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The brand, logo, and graphic charter of this Site are trademarks registered with the INPI and intellectual works protected by copyright , the property of which belongs exclusively to the Company. Any dissemination, exploitation, representation, reproduction, whether partial or complete, without the express authorization of the Company will expose the offender to civil and criminal prosecution.
